We are a boutique vineyard & winery in Healdsburg, California.  All of our fruit is harvested by hand with attention to detail and quality.  Every aspect of our vineyard, from the slope direction to the trellis spacing is designed to produce the best quality fruit the terroir of our land has to offer.  We hope you enjoy our wines as much as we do.  

All of our viticultural and wine making decisions are based up producing the best representation of the growing season.  Each vintage presents its own challenges which we work with to showcase our best wines.

Ultra Premium 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Our Ultra Premium Olive Oil is 100 percent Extra Virgin.  It is herbaceous, with hints of fresh cut grass and almonds.  It has a golden color and is very viscous.  In the finish it is soft with will balanced bitterness and sweetness, coating your mouth with a smooth nutty flavor and tickles the throat ever so lightly on the way down.  It is best enjoyed for salad dressings, coating fresh fish or rubbing room temperature steaks before the grill.
