Barowsky Pinot Noir 2021

Estate grown in Petaluma this is an incredible example of California Pinot Noir.  Open it and let it develop for at least an hour before enjoying.  This is a foodies wine, meant to be enjoyed with food & conversation. Look for leaner red meats, salmon, meat on the grill as great company for this wine.  One hundred percent 777 clone with about 60-70 percent new French oak its a Burgundian style pinot with earth notes and layered textures.  Enjoy!
