Ultra Premium 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Barowsky Disesa Vineyards Ultra Premium 100 Percent Extra Virgin Olive Oil is the top grade of all olive oil production. The olives are crushed at a local mill and the oil is extracted mechanically (verses heat or chemicals). The oil is then tested and needs to pass an inspection to make sure that it meets the requirements of extra Virgin such as free fatty acid and peroxide levels. These standards are set by multiple national and international certifying bodies. In our case it is the California Olive Oil Council (COOC).
